Near 232 St and 56 Av,  this 6 acre property has 3+ acres available for farming. Well water is very limited, so can only be used during off-hours. The land has been hayed and can be used for pasturing livestock. It has some fencing, that would need to be repaired. The landholder lives on the property. There is a chicken shed that is currently not in use.
For the right farmer, there is the potential to rent spot to place a tiny home / RV on the property.

The landholders are open to raising livestock or bees. Lack of water is a limiting factor to growing crops. The landholders primary objective is making good use of the land to achieve BC Assessment Farm Status for tax purposes.
