Near 6 Av and 264 St,  this 5 acre property in Langley is close to the US-Canada border and Aldergrove. The land is sloping with a south facing hillside, and has soil suitable for growing grapes. There is a small pond (and well) that can be used for limited irrigation. This property is unique in that in can be accessed from two roads, one in the back and one in the front of the property. The landholders live on the property and have chickens.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The landholders are open to raising cows, bees and growing field vegetables. The landholders primary objective is making good use of the land to achieve BC Assessment Farm Status for tax purposes.
