WAGE SUBSIDY PROGRAMS FOR FARMS Are you a farm looking for a wage subsidy to hire labour? Here are five federally funded programs to consider. For a youth to qualify to be hired using one of these programs, they cannot be accessing a wage subsidy through another federally funded program. This is a one wage subsidy program per employee opportunity. Youth Employment and Skills Program  The Youth Employment and Skills Program is providing funding in 2020 for the creation of agricultural internships to youth and youth facing barriers.
