As part of our on-going farm tour and potluck series, join Vancouver Urban Farming Society and Young Agrarians for a tour hosted by Southlands Heritage Farm – a community farm home to horses, sheep, chickens, bees and more! Jordan Maynard will give us a tour and share the history of the area and hopes for the farm into the future.
Come on down and mingle with farmers, garden-geeks and food lovers from around the Lower Mainland. We’ll introduce ourselves, look around the farm, and eat together. After the sun goes down we’ll snuggle up for some fire time. Please bring instruments, warm clothes, a food dish to share and tools to eat with.
