About Golden Ears Farm
We are a small co-operative farm community committed to growing healthy food using organic practices, and living as self sufficiently as we can. We have 34 acres in the beautiful South Thompson Valley beside the Thompson River and near a small town called Chase. We share our land with our cows, chickens, pigs, dog, bees and two cats. Our main crops are corn, strawberries, raspberries and squash, and we also grow a wide variety of vegetables and fruits. We attend farmers’ markets in the area, run a CSA Food Box, operate a bike shop, and sometimes host events.
We’re fine tuning what it means to be a community farm and taking steps towards forming a co-op!
Hope to see you at the corn roast!
