ABOUT Tattam Valley Farms Tattam Valley Farms produces mostly vegetables with some fruit on a 1/3 of an acre in the Cowichan Valley. The work is completed mostly by hand with light machinery used. Some machines used are a gas weed eater and rototiller. Customers pick-up their CSA vegetable box at the farm on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule.
