Info You Should Know: We (Ruth and Katie) started City Beet Farm in 2013 and have grown from a 26-member CSA to a 75-member CSA. We provide vegetables for 23-25 weeks of the year from late April until mid-October. We are mostly bicycle-powered and all of our farms are within 10 blocks (mostly less) of each other to make this convenient and efficient.
