YA’er Robin Sturley of Edible Earth Seeds interviewed farmer Corissa Lee, who grows garlic and vegetables in the Bella Coola Valley with fellow organic farmer Corine Singfield. Edible Earth Seeds is an organic vegetable seed company based in the Cowichan Valley. Our mission is to support food sovereignty on Vancouver Island through the stewardship of open-pollinated seed varieties that are well-adapted to our bio-region.
