The Canada Organic Trade Association (COTA) is thrilled to announce the launch of their new Support Organic Change Fund. With a booming $6.6 billion in sales, Canada is the sixth largest organic market in the world. Yet, demand continuously outpaces supply, despite double digit production growth.
