The land has previously been used to grow blueberries and raise horses and still has a series of well-maintained fenced paddocks, fields, and shelters that may be adapted to other livestock.

With a bit of additional field preparation and deer fencing, this site may also be suitable for a mixed vegetable producer. Above all, the landholder would like to see the land stewarded with care and used to support local food security.

It is important to note that this opportunity may only be a short to medium term arrangement, as the landholder has plans to sell in the next few years. However, they may be open to discussing a longer-term arrangement for the right candidate. Moreover, as this opportunity is part of a strata, it is important to the landholder that the incoming farmer is kind, courteous, and neighborly.
