Fleuris Orchard & Blooms in Victoria, BC, is seeking a Flower Farmer & Gardener!
Fleuris Orchard & Blooms is a specialty cut flower farm in an orchard, floral design studio, and orchard boutique located in Saanich, British Columbia. We grow a diverse range of seasonal cut flowers, foliage, flowering branches, fruit, and specialty crops using small-scale, intensive growing methods. The flower farm is woven throughout an established orchard and heritage farm landscape, creating a unique and beautiful working environment.
Our flowers are sold through floral subscriptions, weddings, workshops, a small orchard boutique, and wholesale accounts with florists throughout Vancouver Island. Everything is done by hand, with irrigation systems, and small farm infrastructure to support production.
Our mission is to cultivate beauty with the rhythm of the seasons while caring for the land and the people we serve. We grow using ecological and regenerative practices, prioritizing soil health, biodiversity, composting, crop rotation, responsible water use, and sustainable growing methods. We are a slow flowers farm.
We design and farm without floral foam, favour reusable and recyclable materials whenever possible, and focus on growing flowers that are adapted to our climate. We believe meaningful work is done with care, attention to detail, continual learning, and respect for the natural systems that support us.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working outdoors and finds satisfaction in caring for plants and beautiful spaces.

Term: We are hoping to hire as soon as we find the right candidate. This is a permanent, year-round position with seasonal fluctuations in hours. During the busiest months, work is typically up to five days per week. During the quieter winter months, hours reduce to 2 to 3 days a week. We are looking for someone interested in growing with our businesses over the long term.
Hours per week: Approximately 30–40 hours per week during the growing season, with seasonal fluctuations throughout the year. Winter hours are typically reduced. This is a year-round position with seasonal fluctuations in hours.
Wage: Starting compensation: $26–$30/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Opportunities for increased compensation and responsibility will be available for the right candidate as the role develops.
