Located 15 minutes outside of Victoria, this semi-rural property has been home to a thriving small-scale livestock operation for nearly 4 decades. Over the years, the land has been used to graze sheep, raise hens, and breed rabbits for both show and meat.

The cultivable space consists of approximately 1.5 acres of sloping pasture that has been fully fenced to create a series of  5 paddocks. This site has a variety of farm outbuildings, including chicken runs, a rabbit barn, lean-tos for sheep, and an additional large barn for storage or processing farm products. Above all, the landholder values tidiness, fire safety, and careful land stewardship, with the goal of maintaining the agricultural viability of this unique space. As such, the ideal candidate for this opportunity would value open communication and would be excited to work closely with a landholder to care for shared spaces.
