There are 4 glass greenhouses that are 50’x300’ (15,000 square feet each, a total of 60,000 square feet) as well as 10 poly houses measuring 30’x200’ (6000 square feet each, for a total of 60,000 square feet as well).
All greenhouses each have a single natural gas heater, big ventilators, fibreglass and double plastic lining as well as roll-out watering and roof shade curtains. There are many replacement parts, poly for the greenhouses and extra watering tools.
One of the glass greenhouses is currently set up for selling plants from many tables, with a large parking lot for customers in front. If more greenhouses are needed, there is additional land already paved and available for construction of new structures. All greenhouses have asphalt floors, and all extra buildings are connected by large paved areas.
The property has a dug out pond fed by a spring with pumps to water the green houses. There is an overflow and rain water recycling pond, which can also water the greenhouses.
In addition to the greenhouses, there are several auxiliary buildings which can be rented as well:
- large office and storage building, with bathrooms, a large loading bay and soil mixer

This opportunity is in an excellent location, with good road exposure and access from a major road and close to Cedar village centre and schools.
Up until summer 2021, the property was used as a nursery to raise bedding plants. Sales were directly to the end user and the location is already well known for the supply of bedding plants. It would be ideal for a nursery or garden centre.
