ABOUT THE LAND

This land opportunity is about 3/4 of an acre of cleared pasture on a well maintained 6 acre property in Central Saanich. The field has only been used for occasional grazing for horses. The field is tucked away and surrounded by forest, but gets good summer sun exposure. A limited municipal water supply and power are available at the field, and there may be potential for additional water supply from an old well if needed. The field is partially fenced for livestock, though would need some upgrading, and if crops are to be grown deer fencing would need to be installed. There is potential for shared use of a barn, including capacity for up to 40 chickens.
