We have more land opportunities than what is listed here! Get in touch with a Land Matcher at land@youngagrarians.org to access our full land inventory and B.C. Land Matching Program support in your region.

ABOUT THE LAND

This 34-acre property is located in Christina Lake, Boundary country-, a community of just over 1000 people, with higher numbers in the summer due to tourism. Christina Lake is 15 minutes away from Grand Forks, a town of just under 5000 people.

The land available is located on a heavily wooded mountainside with a view of Christina Lake. The landholders reside on the property. The land is suitable for foraging, wildcrafting and culinary or medicinal mushroom cultivation.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The landholders are hoping to find farmers interested in living on the land off-grid or partially off-grid. There is a potential opportunity for a farmer to have temporary/non-permanent accommodation on the land while farming there.
