The owners have sold started 3 year old Appaloosa horses all over the world and have an incredible business model. They currently own 140 horses from studs and broodmares to varying young aged horses of weanlings to 3+ years old.
The farm is fully set up for an operation of this size with a covered round pen, barn, hay shed, horse handling systems, pasture fields and corrals.

While its an once in a lifetime opportunity and an absolutely beautiful farm raising gorgeous horses – the applicant must demonstrate real life expectations with a horse breeding business of this magnitude while coming in with capital to run a large horse breeding business. The owners are very willing to share their knowledge but please be prepared to share your experience and proposed business plan.
There are unfinished cabins on the property that could be converted to living accommodations or a trailer brought on the property. The landholders live on the farm and will continue to occupy the main farmhouse.
