Large, turn-key, established Appaloosa horse breeding operation that has been in busines for 30+ years is looking for a young, enthusiastic individual with horse experience, business skills and understands the reality of the business to step in and learn from the owners and carry on their legacy! This horse breeding operation is like no other. The owners are so passionate about the Appaloosa breed and want to instill that passion and knowledge into the next person who will carry it forward, sharing these amazing horses with the world.

The owners have sold started 3 year old Appaloosa horses all over the world and have an incredible business model. They currently own 140 horses from studs and broodmares to varying young aged horses of weanlings to 3+ years old.

The farm is fully set up for an operation of this size with a covered round pen, barn, hay shed, horse handling systems, pasture fields and corrals.

There are unfinished cabins on the property that could be converted to living accommodations or a trailer brought on the property. The landholders live on the farm and will continue to occupy the main farmhouse.
