1 acre of this 20 acre ALR property in Chilliwack is available for a fruit grower. There are approx 75 fruit trees on the property. 25 of them are productive apple, pear-apple trees that are well maintained and have plentiful harvest. The remaining are cherry trees that require heavy pruning and care.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The landholder is making the land available for up to 5 years, at no cost, to an experienced or aspiring orchardist using sustainable methods. This is an opportunity for a grower that would like to develop their skills in taking care of fruit trees. The grower will be rewarded with bountiful harvests that can be sold as fresh fruit or jams.
