We have more land opportunities than what is listed here! Get in touch with a Land Matcher at land@youngagrarians.org to access our full land inventory and B.C. Land Matching Program support in your region.

ABOUT THE LAND

This property features 90 acres of mixed grazing and gardening land on the west side of the Willow River near Buckhorn, south of Prince George. The land has been partially fenced and cleared in the last few years and is ready for new projects. There are two shallow wells and access to river water for livestock or crops (licenses will be needed for commercial use).

The current landholders live on the property with their horses, and use the land for logging, mixed livestock and small-scale vegetable production. They are not currently utilizing all the land and would love to see it all in operation with a community of like-minded, land-loving individuals.

This property is located near multiple creeks and water systems including lakes with excellent fishing and recreation. If you are an avid outdoor enthusiast, this is the place for you.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The landholders are open to various types of production. They are also willing to share resources and infrastructure. This is a very flexible opportunity for the right individuals wanting to live intentionally and cooperatively on the land.

Off-grid rustic cabin housing accommodations can be built on the property and the landholders are also open to mobile/tiny homes.
