This 7.5 acre field used to be a driving range, and is now at least 6-7 acres of the space is available for growing vegetables, as has been recommended by Environmental Farm Plan consultants after an assessment of the soil.
The land was last used as a driving range in 2007, and has since been used for hay production. The land is nearly flat, with a slight slope to the east, and has full exposure. Water is municipal and gets agricultural water rates. A small John Deere tractor with mower, as well as a skid steer and excavator are on site and potentially available for shared use.

This opportunity is available for the long term, as the landholders hope a successful operation can establish here. Depending on the business plan, the landholders may be open to collaboration.
There is potential for use of indoor space if required by the operation, and covered storage space as well. The property includes a 72 space parking lot and also is the site of a successful mini-golf business. There is no potential to live on site.
