ABOUT THE LAND
Near 232 St. and 16 Av. in South Langley, this 20 acre residential property in the ALR has 5-10 acres of raw land available for farming. The soil on the property exhibits a high degree of variation from sandy to clayey. There is well water, electricity and gas available. A tractor may also be made available for use. Currently, there are approx 150 fruit trees (apple, pear, plum, cherry, fig) in an orchard, some egg-laying hens, bee hives and Christmas trees on the property. The owners reside on the property with some dogs and horses. More dogs would not be allowed as the owners dog(s) may be anti-social with other dogs. Wildlife such as deer may frequent the property.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The landholder is open to vegetable, herb, fruit, and flower growers that farm sustainably without chemicals. Cows may also be considered. For the right farmer, that has a RV or Tiny Home, there is a possibility of living on the land. There is electricity and water hookup, but no septic for it.
