We always have new land opportunities coming into our inventory, some of which aren’t on our blog yet! Get in touch with a Land Matcher at bclmp@youngagrarians.org to learn about the latest opportunities and to access free B.C. Land Matching Program services in your region.

ABOUT THE LAND

This property features 1-4 acres of beautiful mixed grazing and market gardening opportunities in Clearwater, BC!

The current landholders, who live on the property, would love to see all of the available land in operation with like-minded farmers who are passionate about diversified, eco-friendly farming. The landholders run a Viking themed apiary and lodging business and would love to welcome a complementary operation to work alongside them.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The landholders are open to various types of production, provided the incoming farmer(s) use ecological or organic farming methods. They are also willing to share resources and infrastructure. This is a very flexible opportunity for the right individuals wanting to grow environmentally-friendly food, livestock or various types of crops that are complementary to the apiary on site. The landholders also have a background in business development and are willing to mentor.

Tiny homes/travel trailers are most welcome, and there is also a potential rental option in the cabins on-site.
