ABOUT THE LAND
We have two pieces of land available in Boharm, Saskatchewan roughly adding up to 2 acres. One section is a part of the residential lot that has a 3 bedroom 1 bath house that is available for rent with a roommate. The other section is close to the house and is raw land that hasn’t been worked.
There is electricity and city water and potentially small storage space available on the residential lot, the other lot doesn’t have water or power.
We currently own and operate a microgreen and worm castings business and have had a dream to transform the land into a beautiful growing/garden space. We believe in using natural practices that work in harmony with the earth and would love to see someone turn this land into a market garden, permaculture garden, food farm, flower farm, bees, greenhouse space.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for the right person to share the rent with our current tenant for $900/month all utilities included and open to creating a lease arrangement that works for everyone.
