Located 5 minutes from the town of Smithers, this 2 acre fenced field with great road access and gate is ready for a new production type! Years previous the land has been used for horse pasture and been hayed.
Post and rail fence surround the perimeter of this field but would require some maintenance if someone was wanting to graze small ruminants. Currently there is no water source at the field but arrangements could be sorted to have water brought from the main farmyard.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The landowners are open to a variety of different farming enterprise options. Small ruminants grazing or a market garden – come with your ideas! There currently is no housing accommodation or options on the property so the interested farmer would need to live in close enough proximity to operate their farm business.
