The land is flat and well drained. City water and electricity are available. Located in Richmond, it is ideal for farmers serving the Vancouver market. A hoop-house and other structures may be available for use.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The landholder would like to make the land available to both startup and experienced farmers. They are open to vegetable, flower, garlic, fruit and greenhouse growers.
