ABOUT THE LAND

1 to 30 acres of this 160 acre property in Squamish are available for lease. Smaller (1 acre) or larger plots are available to farmers from the surrounding community. The land may be divided into parcels to accommodate multiple farmers focused on sustainable growing methods (without pesticides). There is a small barn and farm office on the property. There is access to well water, electricity and a tractor. A field set up for growing hops is available.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The owners would like to have a lively, productive, growing environment on the land. They are open to hops, fruit or vegetable production. With investment in fencing, livestock may also be possible. A local community garden, camp ground and event space are possibilities. Water, electricity, septic hookup for a trailer may be available for suitable candidates.
