The 135 acres of hay fields with 4 wheel lines that irrigate 110 acre of fields can yield around 300 tons of alfalfa hay per year. The land is fenced with five strand barbed wire perimeter fencing along the highway, and four strand inland.
Along with room to graze, farm infrastructure includes a barn with covered stalls, calving area, hay sheds, and water troughs, and an on site shop with mechanic pit.

Owners are interested in a caretaker or partnership agreement for management of the property. Along with room for grazing, there are opportunities for other animals, crops or hobby farming.
