ABOUT THE LAND

Situated 30 minutes Southwest of Vanderhoof, this 160 acre parcel is in the Nechako region, characterized by fertile farmlands and miles of forests. Just south of Nulki and Tachick lakes, the land and fields have ample water with two streams and a creek running through the property, making it a resilient pasture during the dry season.

The fields are a mix of open pasture and forest, with fencing set up for grazing and plenty of wildlife including moose, bear, deer and waterfowl. The surrounding areas are a mix of forests and small ranches and lakes. There are remnants of two trapper cabins on the land. Fields has been sitting fallow, with occasional use for grazing cattle.

ABOUT THE LAND

Landowners would love to see the land used for either for a small farmstead or for grazing cattle or other livestock. Fencing may need some maintenance, and the pastures would benefit from some livestock grazing.
