Join us this Friday, November 23rd: farmers, gardeners, friends and foodies for our next Vancouver farm tour + potluck!
In collaboration with Vancouver Urban Farming Society and Slow Food Vancouver we will be gathering to share food and joy- and feed each other! This time in Vancouver’s Downtown.
6pm: We will tour Local Garden’s new 6000 square foot greenhouse. If you want to attend please be on time and RSVP to: info@urbanfarmer.ca
7pm: Potluck at Rainier Provisions, 2 West Cordova
Rainier Provisions is a new beautiful cafe and produce sales spot in Gastown. Thank you to Heather Hospitality Group for the space!

Please bring a dish and liquid to share and something to eat with (e.g. plates, cutlery, drinking receptacles- the cafe isn’t quite open so we need to bring our own supplies). Think locally grown, winter, warm, spicy, hot, steamy…
We’re stoked to be touring 11 students from Slow Food International’s Gastronomy University program in Turin, Italy to Cottonwood Community Gardens and SOLEFood Farms during the day. We’re looking forward to breaking bread with these students in the evening and welcoming them to our vibrant food movement!
