About the Farm:  SweetMeadow Farmstead Cheese is a collective run by Tess Griebel, her Aunt Sandy and Uncle Bob on the Kettle Crossing Farm.  They raise Friesian sheep and a couple Jersey cows to make artisanal cheese.  Together, they sell our cheeses at the Bergen Farmer’s Market, provide cheese for the fall feast in their town, and direct market sales to local customers. To create diversity on the farm, they also have heritage ducks and chickens, and pigs through the summer.
