Organic Week, Sept 15: Hythe, AB: Trickle Creek and Armstrong Acres Farm Tour

Peace Country Organic Producers Association and Young Agrarians are inviting you for one day of farm touring during the Organic Week.

Do you want to get to know your farming neighbors in the Peace Country? This would be the opportunity to check out two very interesting farms.

The day will begin at 11 am when Trickle Creek is welcoming us to their place, followed by a Potluck and  a Farm Tour at Armstrong Acres, the home of Clay and Ash Armstrong

When: September 15, 2018 at 11:00am – 5:00pm

Where: Trickle Creek Farm and Armstrong Acres

 

Directions to Trickle Creek Farm: From Hythe follow Highway 43 towards BC border, turn right onto Range Rd 115 and the farm will be pretty much at the end of the Range Rd

Direction to Armstrong Acres:

From Trickle Creek head west/ right onto Highway 59, then turn left on Range Rd 120, cross the Highway, then turn right on Township Rd 740, after 2 km first house to your right, it’s about 10 minutes from Trickle Creek to Armstrong Acres

3:00 pm – Farm Tour Armstrong Acres
