Stand alone toilet outside (outhouse) with cozy foam seat. Hot water on demand system. Major appliances include fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. Farm: Bright S/W facing house on a slope sees 1 acre of garden in production (which will be Certified Organic in October 2015) with raspberries and seasonal crops. There is another 1/2 acre of soil ready to be planted that I would offer with the rental. In ground irrigation and small greenhouse has functioned for 5 years as a market garden to local farmers markets, restaurants, CSA box programs, etc.
Cows pasture the fully fenced property in the summer and 13 horses pasture in the winter all taken care of by a fabulous neighbour. Out buildings include a small shed near house and wood shed. Equipment may be available for the right people.
