The land owners of this opportunity near Golden are looking for the right farmer/s and food producers to take over the management of the licensed meat cutting and wrapping facility they operated for years. It is the only one located in the region.
The land has a small orchard for livestock, 2 large gardens with herbs and veggies and lots of room for additional gardens and a greenhouse should someone want to put some up. There is a licensed meat facility onsite as well as a commercial kitchen.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The land can accommodate up to 40 hogs with the Class E license. The land seeker would need to apply for their own license and build at least two pens for this to happen.
