We have more land opportunities than what is listed here! Get in touch with a Land Matcher at land@youngagrarians.org to access our full land inventory and B.C. Land Matching Program support in your region.

ABOUT THE LAND

The land is located in Fort Steele, a small community located 16 km northeast of Cranbrook in the East Kootenay region. The land is flat and sunny, unfenced, with good water retention. The property is zoned ALR and totals 14 acres in size and offers a well for irrigation.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity for someone interested in vegetable or flower production or a nursery. This opportunity is close enough to access the Cranbrook market. There is cell service and electricity available, road access just off the highway.

The landholders live in the area and regularly visit the land and have visitors stay temporarily in the summer months in fifth wheels, though their presence would not impact farming operations in the potential leased area.
