FARM JOB: Victoria, BC – Rockrose Farm, Harvest Supervisor

Rockrose Farm in Victoria, BC is seeking a Harvest Supervisor!

ABOUT Rockrose Farm

Rockrose Farm is a specialty cut-flower farm located in Victoria, BC, growing over 100 varieties of seasonal flowers on two neighboring production sites. We produce flowers primarily for local florists, designers, markets, and direct retail customers within Greater Victoria.

The farm operates as a high-volume small-scale production system combining intensive field growing with hoop house production. Work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions across cultivated beds, greenhouses, and harvest and processing areas.

We use small-scale farm equipmen, hand tools, irrigation systems, and refrigerated storage to maintain flower quality. Sales channels include wholesale florist accounts, online retail sales, markets, and farm-direct customers.

Rockrose Farm grows using ecological practices. We do not use synthetic pesticides or fungicides and focus on soil health, biodiversity, and seasonal production aligned with local growing conditions.

Our philosophy centers on:

  • High-quality flower production
