Snowy Mountain Farm

Snowy Mountain Organics in Cawston, BC is seeking a Farm Worker for the 2019 season.

About Snowy Mountain Organics

Snowy Mountain Organics is a 25 acre farm, in which 12 acres are planted with an assortment of fruit trees. In order of ripening we have Cherries, Apricots, Peaches, Plums, Apples (including quince) and Pears. We have been growing Organically for 35 years, and have focused on creating a diverse collection of new and heritage (delicious) varieties.

We sell our produce at farmers markets in the lower mainland every weekend for the duration of the summer. Therefore Fridays are busy on the farm but weekends are splendid for those that stay.

In terms of the physical setting of the farm, we are blessed to back onto the beautiful Snowy Mountain. We also are lucky to be within walking distance of the Similkameen River which is perfect for swimming in.

We simply enjoy being in sunshine, and playing with the earth, in a respectful and sustainable way.
