ABOUT Ice Cap Organics
Ice Cap Organics is hiring for the 2026 growing season!
We are looking for positive hardworking folks that enjoy working with their hands outdoors rain or shine. These are part time positions for our Thursday field crew from mid April/early May to end of October. Jobs include planting, harvesting, weeding, greenhouse work etc. Pay starts at $21/hour but can be higher if you are experienced and get lots done.
If Thursdays don’t work for you but you are really into this get in touch and we might be able to work something out.
We are a busy small scale family owned and operated organic veggie farm in the Pemberton meadows. We look forward to hearing from you!

POSITION TASKS
Jobs include planting, harvesting, weeding, greenhouse work etc.
POSITION DETAILS
Term: Start Dates: April 16 (1-2 positions) May 30 (1-2 positions); end date: October 29.
Hours per week: 8 but possible 16 during peak times if employee wish to.
Wage: Starting pay is $21/hour, depending on experience. As a bonus we offer lots of surplus of cull produce when available.
