ABOUT Ice Cap Organics
Ice Cap Organics is a family owned and operated mixed vegetable farm growing local produce in the Pemberton Meadows since 2009.
We are looking for people to join our Thursday field crew team. These positions are for one 8 hour day/week from early May to end of October. We are fairly flexible and can accommodate time off if needed.
Work includes harvesting vegetables and berries, hand weeding, trellising, planting transplants and other various field and greenhouse jobs.

We sell everything we grow locally and direct to our customers.
DESIRED QUALITIES
We’re looking for people who can work all day outdoors, and that can be reliable and punctual.
POSITION TASKS
Work includes harvesting vegetables and berries, hand weeding, trellising, planting transplants and other various field and greenhouse jobs.
POSITION DETAILS
Term: Start date May 1, to end of October. * hours/day, start time changes depending on time of year, but usually 8am, earlier during the summer heat.
Hours per week: 8
Wage: Hourly wage is $20-$25 depending on experience and/or production.
