Natural Collective CSA in Niverville, Manitoba is seeking a Farm Worker!
ABOUT Natural Collective CSA
We are a small market garden farming on 4.5 acres just south of Winnipeg, MB. We primarily grow vegetables, and have been slowing adding fruit, herbs, flowers and animals into our production. What we grow we sell through our CSA, farmers markets and through our local food hub who distributes produce to local restaurants. We are a low till farm, and do almost everything by hand. We do have a tractor and BCS which we use sparingly and mostly for mowing around the farm or shallow harrowing in the beds.
We grow everything using organic techniques and principles, however we are not certified. We aim to be regenerative where we can and are slowing adding animals into our production to ensure regeneration. We do not use plastic in our fields or when packaging out produce.
