Desired Qualities

This individual must be able to work with minimal supervision, outside in all weather conditions, tolerate physical repetitive work, and assist at farmers markets lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs. Must be between 15 and 30 years, a Canadian citizen, an immigrant or refugee under protection. 

Job Tasks

The successful candidate will be required to assist with a number of farming tasks such as the planting, maintaining, harvesting, making and selling of bouquets at a local market, picking blueberries, weeding and irrigation. 

Job Details

Term: 8 weeks July 5^th – Aug 29^th

Hours: 35 hours a week, Wednesday to Sunday

Wage: $15.25/hr
