Hidden Vines in Kelowna, BC is seeking a Vineyard Farm Worker
ABOUT Hidden Vines
We are a small family-run vineyard in Kelowna, BC. We are far enough from the city to have a rural feel but, a 10-minute drive/20-minute bike to downtown. Currently, we have 5 acres planted but in the next few years will grow to 10 acres under vine. We have a few areas on our property that are not suitable for vines so we are looking to plant vegetables (approximately 2 acres).
We sell our fruit to local wineries currently, but do plan to open a small winery where we could sell everything produced on our farm.
We also have a small chicken coop (100 hens) and sell eggs locally.
Our farm is not certified organic. We have set the vineyard up to become organic (no pressure-treated posts, no synthetic fertilizers, etc) but currently, we farm as sustainably as we possibly can.
