Hydro Fresh Farm Ltd. is a starting, new-concept agricultural company located in Delta, BC. We are looking for a proficient vegetable/plant grower who has great passion and knowledge to join us. We believe with you playing a role in part of this plan; we can ignite a change of the existing vegetable growing model in BC. This position is an excellent opportunity for people who like challenges and engage with new things.
Desired Qualities
1. Agricultural diploma or bachelor’s degree
2. Canadian citizens or PR card holder residing abroad
3. English Essential
Job Tasks
1. Learning how the growing system work, and be able to operate certain equipment
2. Taking care of the vegetable, make sure they grow up from seeds to a mature plant
3. Solving vegetable growing problems
4. Keeping track of log books
Job Details
Start Date: As soon as possible
Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week
Wage: Minimum $15/hour, but this is negotiable depending on candidate’s skills and responsibilities.
