FARM JOB: Elie, MB – Miss Millie’s Flower Farm, Farm Labourer

Miss Millie’s Flower Farm in Elie, MB is seeking a Farm Labourer!

ABOUT Miss Millie’s Flower Farm

We’re a 4 acre cut flower farm and agritourism venue. We supply flowers wholesale across Manitoba and also offer on farm U-Pick experiences and event rentals. We have layer chickens, farm dogs and cats and a pig named Louis. We’ve had employees for the past few years, including unexperienced students. We’re a patient team at Miss Millie’s that will take the time to educate and explain how we operate. We only need your passion, interest and some patience with us as things do get hectic at certain times of the growing season.

We’ve been pursuing organic and regenerative practices for the past 5 years. Currently we only use homemade soil and plant remedies or approved organic products. We’re continuously researching new ways to allow our farm to work with nature because creating a balanced ecosystem is one of our top priorities.
