Innisvale Farm in Duncan, B.C. is seeking a farm worker/learner!
ABOUT Innisvale Farm
We produce blueberries in a 7 acre field surrounded by forest at the base of a mountain. It is accessible by a 5-10 minute walk or by SUV (which we have). We use small gas powered equipment (riding mower, weed trimmer etc.) as well as hand tools. Most of our sales are direct sales as we maintain a customer list but we have sold at farmers’ markets and also via on-line formats such as Cowichan Cow-OP.
We are not certified organic but we follow organic practices and principles. Our vision is to keep the field and its product in healthy production for years to come and for next generations.
