Two Roads Farm on Denman Island, BC is seeking a Farm Hand!
ABOUT Two Roads Farm
We are a small-scale family farm growing mixed vegetables and some flowers for our Comox Valley communities on approximately 5 acres. We farm on a mix of owned, leased, and collaboratively farmed land. We take a sustainable and regenerative approach to agriculture, informed by ecological farming standards and ongoing research. We use mainly human-scale growing practices and equipment. We sell through a farm stand, market, online store, and wholesale to grocers and restaurants.
We like to work hard and laugh often. We take pride in feeding our community really good food. We value caring for the land we farm and the people we farm with.
Our guiding vision is a small farm that nourishes our farm family and community, cares for the people who work the land, regenerates the land, integrates positively with surrounding ecosystems, and contributes to a sustainable future. Growing thoughtfully means that we think about how each decision we make on our farm connects to human and environmental well-being and to the long-term resilience and sustainability of our farm, our communities and our planet.
