Two Roads Farm on Denman Island, BC is seeking a Farm Crew!
ABOUT Two Roads Farm
We are a small-scale family farm, thoughtfully growing mixed vegetables and some flowers on approximately 2 acres. We are located on a Gulf Island off the coast of Vancouver Island in the Comox Valley, walking distance to the ocean. We use regenerative, human-scale growing practices and machinery. We sell through a farm stand, farmers’ market, online store and wholesale.
Our vegetables are thoughtfully grown. This means that we use farming methods and inputs thoughtfully chosen to support long-term environmental and human sustainability. We look to Canadian Organic Standards and Regulations and Certified Naturally Grown standards, and education and research in regenerative and sustainable farming, forestry and land-use. This approach covers all aspects of our farm, from choosing our suppliers, inputs and packaging, to choices about equipment and farming practices, to our approach to employment and decisions about long-term infrastructure.
We like to work hard and laugh often. We take pride in feeding our community really good food. We value caring for the land we farm and the people we farm with.
