We Be Farmin’ BC in Cranbrook, BC is seeking a General Farm Worker!
ABOUT We Be Farmin’ BC
Our farm is located minutes from Cranbrook, BC. We have 2 acres of land that we organically grow vegetables for the Kimberley, Cranbrook and Fernie farmers’ markets, CSA baskets, local market grocery stores and food processors.
Our focus is on vegetable farming with organic and sustainable practices. No experience required as we can teach you the ropes. If you have a positive attitude and are willing to learn and work we’d love to have you on our farm.

JOB TASKS
- Plant, cultivate, weed and irrigate crops
- Harvest crops
- Examine produce for quality and prepare for market – washing, weighing, bagging produce
- Operate basic farm machinery and tools
- Assist with market setup, deliveries, prep orders
JOB DETAILS
Term: The position runs from May 1 to October.
Hours per week: 35-40 hrs/week
Wage: Starting at $18/hr, can increase depending upon experience and performance
