At Lost Savanna Creamery, we believe exceptional dairy begins in the pasture and continues through careful, skilled craftsmanship in our creamery. Our grassfed Guernsey cows produce rich, golden milk—and we’re looking for a dedicated Creamery Worker to help transform it into outstanding butter and cultured dairy products right here on our farm in Black Creek, BC.

What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Passionate about high-quality food
- Comfortable with physical hands-on work (lifting up to 20kg)
- Food production/cleaning experience an asset

POSITION TASKS
What You’ll Do:
- Pasteurize, separate and handle fresh milk and cream from our herd
- Produce cultured dairy products using controlled fermentation processes
- Churn, wash, salt, and form butter to exacting standards
- Bottle, label, and package final products
- Monitor cultures, temperatures, and production timelines
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols
- Complete batch records and production documentation
- Support continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and consistency
- Collaborate closely with our farm and leadership team

POSITION DETAILS
Term: As soon as possible
Hours per week: Flexible
Wage: $20-$24 / hour
