Speaker Janine Beamish has over a decade of Human Resources experience and understands that a company’s success is driven by the strength of its people. Based on Vancouver Island, Janine combines her HR knowledge with a down-to-earth, approachable style that puts people at ease.
Committed to helping organizations thrive, Janine believes in making HR simple, accessible, and centered around building trust and connection. In addition to her HR experience, Janine holds a Bachelor of Management Degree as well as a Business-Human Resources Diploma.
Janine will be joined by a farmer speaker who will share their firsthand experiences navigating people management on the farm—what’s worked, what’s been challenging, and the lessons learned along the way.
