Meet your Columbia Basin Program Coordinator, Brittny Anderson
Brittny Anderson grew up in the Columbia Basin. She is excited to join the Young Agrarians team and work with farmers around the region. Brittny became deeply passionate about food systems while working as an intern at Bija Vidyapeeth (Earth University) Vandana Shiva’s Biodiversity Conservation Farm in India. Since her internship, she has earned her M.Sc. in Environmental Science and Policy, worked for local governments (RDCK, Town of Creston, City of Cranbrook) and is an entrepreneur. In her free time Brittny loves to garden, cook, hike with her dog and spend time on the water.

Columbia Basin Event Series Survey:
We would love to hear from you!
Young Agrarians will be hosting 8-10 events throughout the Columbia Basin this year. We are currently in the planning phase and want to host events that are meaningful for you. We have created a short and sweet survey so we can learn which type of events you are most interested in attending. Please fill out our event survey here.
This event series is made possible with funding from the Columbia Basin Trust. Young Agrarians / FarmFolk CityFolk Society is so grateful for support for programs in the Columbia Basin.
