The business operates year-round, producing and marketing a wide variety of vegetables with a team of 10-12 employees during the growing season and 4-5 staff throughout the winter months. The produce is sold at two year-round farmers’ markets, two local home delivery businesses, and occasional wholesale customers. Over the past 3 decades, Wild Flight Farm has grown into one of the leading organic, market vegetable farms in the B.C. interior.

The farm business includes ownership of 12 high tunnels, a 2300 square foot heated seedling house, 3 cultivating tractors, 2 utility tractors with a range of implements, 3 walk-behind tillers, a 3-ton refrigerated delivery truck, irrigation pipes/hose reel, and all the smaller hand tools and equipment required for vegetable seeding, growing, washing, and packing.
